The Beauty Within

This post plays off of this post.

When you look at a color photo, you see the colors in it, like the top layer of the photo. You don't see beyond that. When you look at a black and white photo, you are forced to look beyond colors. You look into the next layer of the photo, the soul of what has been photographed. Color photos can make a photo look happy or sad. Black and white photos speak the truth. It is only then that you can see the true emotion of the the photo. This is one of the reason I find more beauty in black and white photos than I do in color photos. What do you think?
